You Are What You Eat – The Importance Of Eating Healthy

you should eat rainbows.
If you want to know about the importance of color in foods, the more healthy and
alive your food is the more healthy and alive you are. And plant nutrients are
what’s called phytonutrients are thought to help decrease risk factors for
diseases like cancer, heart disease, autoimmune disorders, arthritis, I mean
the list goes on. So when you sit down a rainbow of colors on your plate some
green, some red, some yellow, some orange, and skittles and starburst M&Ms don’t
count. It has to be plant-based sources. Now most people don’t get enough greens
or reds or yellows. You are what you eat. so the question is, are you fast cheap
and easy? One of my dad’s favorite things to say when he’s in clinical
practice because 31% of people don’t get enough greens. 22% people don’t get
enough Reds. 21% of people they don’t get enough yellows or oranges and 14% don’t
get enough White’s like garlic and onions and 12% don’t get enough purple’s.
Beets, prunes. So let’s make it easy. If you’re lacking ingredients you can get
that by green tea, smoothies, spinach, kale, chard, salads, and steamed broccoli. For
red’s like tomatoes, cranberries, raspberries, cherries, and even you can
even mix cherries with healthy, you can even mix cherries with healthy cacao
powder. For yellows you want pumpkins, carrots, sweet potatoes, tumeric and
spices, peaches and pineapples. And for white things like onions and garlic and
sir fries Apple snacks or mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes.
And for purple’s you can have grapes, blueberries for smoothies, eggplant
curries, beets or roasted beet salads and cranberries. tThere’s no question that
your best source of vitamins and minerals is your knife and fork and now
I personally try to eat healthy but I also don’t want any diseases that come
into my office so I add my healthy food base by supplementing. So I do things for
energy, for brain support, hormone support, brain support, immune system
brain support and essential fatty acids. And I mentioned brain support three
times because I don’t want, I can’t do anything about the age strain. I don’t
care about gray hair wrinkles but I do care about my mental stamina, my mental
focus and concentration. And I list exactly what I take in the report that’s
available. Now what about the people that don’t like fruits and vegetables?
It’s over. It’s just a matter of time. Get your living will, your power of attorney,
your life insurance paid up, you need supplements more than ever. Make sure
you’re on a baseline of a multivitamin, a mineral, essential fatty acids, and a d3
and that’s just the minimum. Even better is a multivitamin, a mineral, essential
fatty acid, a vitamin d3, a probiotic, a digestive enzyme and if you’re over the
Big Four O, you need a hormone support if you’re a female or hormone support if
you’re male and I’m not talking about prescription hormones, I’m talking about
the building blocks that can make hormones. I’ll give you a list. In the
free report, on the baseline supplements that you need, and the Cadillac
supplements that you need. So to summarize, one most people don’t eat
enough colors. Two, man-made colors are not healthy. Things like food dyes aren’t
good for you. Number three you need natural greens. Some white, some red, and
oranges. Number four, your knife and fork are the most important source of
vitamins and minerals. Number five, you should use food insurance also known as
supplements and for people that don’t eat fruits and vegetables you will
eventually die. Now here’s some recommended list of supplements in the
report this is dr. Jason West I have a mission
