so today I come with a little breathing exercise for you
so it’s an exercise that can be very helpful if you’re suffering from blocked
nose like the pregnancy rhinitis this can be a good solution for you so it’s
called nadi shodhana or alternate nostril breathing and it’s we’re
alternatively breathing up through one nostril and down for the other and from
one down for the other and this helps to balance the energy in the body make you
feel more centered more balanced and overall better so here is how it goes
we’re gonna be blocking first the right nostril with the left with the thumb
inhaling through the left then we’re blocking the left nostril with this
finger and exhaling through the right and a inhaling through the right block
meet with the left with the south exhaling through the left and it goes up
down down okay okay here it goes we’re gonna start blocking the right
nostril inhale being left two three four exhaling right two three four
inhaling two three four exhaling left two three four inhaling left two three
four exhaling right two three four inhaling right two three four exhaling
left two three four inhaling left two three four exhaling right two three four
inhaling your right two three four exhaling left two three four inhaling
left two three four exhaling right two three four inhaling right two three four
exhaling left two three four inhaling left two three four exhaling right two
three four inhaling right two three for exhaling left two three four
inhaling left two three four exhaling right two three four inhaling right two
three four exhaling left two three four inhaling left two three four exhaling
right two three four inhaling right two three four and exhaling from both
nostrils inhaling deeply and exhaling letting your breaths it all back to a
