you’re emphasizing increased veggie intake specifically, saying you know, really marrying kind of what we – the stigma surrounding a paleo diet, like when we think about a paleo diet, we think meat based, fat based, and I think that’s what a lot of people get in trouble with from a health and weight loss standpoint is just because you’re eating paleo dude doesn’t mean you have the freedom to consume excessive amounts of commercially raised animal protein and processed fats, because calories still matter at the end of the day and the quality of the food matters at the end of the day and regardless of whatever diet or whatever nutritional philosophy we’re talking about is none of them are going to say eat less fruits and vegetables, right? I and I think the stigma comes from an Atkins hangover really because I think people got so attached to Atkins and so attached to fat but then all the fruit and veggies got lost in translation and it goes back to what I was saying earlier which is you don’t have to be a hundred percent on any plan like you don’t you never should give up for any plan that tells you to give up fruit for weight loss or fat loss is not a sustainable plan, and I understand if you have a body composition – you know, you’re prepping for that – okay, I get it, but majority of the world is not and so this is this talk is for the purpose of every man the every woman who is listening to this and to tell you you need fruits and vegetables so that you you keep pooping every day and you keep eliminating toxins and you keep your cellular health and your body up to speed hahaha as you know if a paleo without fruits and vegetables is an unhappy body it’s an unhappy colon and it is imbalanced a lot of acidity in your system
