it’s another bright and shiny day here
so I don’t have to use the lighting I just using the natural light. so today I
have something to show you Its a Wood Apple. So here in Bangladesh we call it
Cot Bell is very common in my city like Oranges in our country. some call it
monkey fruit some call it golden apple and Japan is called
bitter orange and it’s also called elephant apple because elephant likes it.
some people smashed this fruit and make a chutney with various masalas and some
made jam with this fruits because it’s very healthy
this food is full of nutrition it has calcium it has some iron vitamin A B and
C and it’s a good source of protein. It has a hard shell like coconut
so people sometime use a hammer to dig it out, to find out Treasure. It’s a food
treasure so I will use a Scissors I have a Scissor to make a hole in the upper
part. so I made a hole here to find a food treasure. I’m using two sticks and I’m mixing well with a some rock salt I have some rock salt so I am pouring it inside
the float and mixing it well so this is the this is the part of the meat it’s
like glue and some seeds so I’m just grabbing it. oh it’s very raw it’s a sort
and it’s oh oh it’s delicious it’s very well it’s nice look at this look at the

sometimes it’s use as diabetic medicine some made syrup and jam with the real
fruits and in some parts of the world they make some kind of powder with the
figs and they used as a substitute of coffee it also used for treatment of

world in Iran is called it Anjeer today we’ll cook this raw green figs with
coconut milk and I have bought some river shrimp so the river shrimp is very
tasty and it will be a lot of fun I hope so

crazy it’s awesome the seeds inside in my mouth are making sound is cooked too well it’s fried well so it’s very good to eat
with rice I’m trying to reverse him now with the rice waaah awesome these wild things is very
