What Physique Champions Eat for Breakfast | Brandon Hendrickson’s Pre-Olympia 1st Meal

my mindset my vision is like so far I
before I got on the Arnold stage I saw myself in that first call-out like I saw
myself in the Olympia stage before I got there because I having that vision so
when your vision is like so much bigger and brighter the work you need to do to
get there it becomes a lot easier so for me is like it’s just part of the process hey what’s up guys this is IFBB men’s
physique pro Brandon Hendrickson currently six weeks out from the mr.
Olympia and I’m gonna take you through what I eat for breakfast I use eat
clean Chicago for my meals two through five but meal one and six I make on my
own and then just two whole eggs just for the extra protein there’s a six
grams of protein in one whole egg if you separate the egg yolk from the from the
white there’s only three so it’s 12 plus a cup and a half of egg whites it’s
roughly around 50 grams of protein my cardio is increased so it’s a good
balance of like cardiovascular work and then carbs to help keep me full but also
get me lean like with thing my bodybuilding if you want to get you want
to be as big as you can but as lean as you can at the same time I’ma
ectomorph so like I’m supposed to be small like if I don’t follow my diet
protocol my training protocol I will just get it smaller so I make sure I’m
on top of this top of my eating and my training so I don’t do any other salt in my eggs
I just do black pepper onion powder some little bit you don’t want it to
overpower onion powder and then a little bit of garlic powder as well throw these
in here perfect timing right now we’re gonna make my first call out grapefruit
this is the best part of my breakfast so I use a half a grapefruit I’ll use the
whole thing grapefruits like super tart and sour so what I’ve used is a cinnamon
and honey to make it a little bit sweeter so good it tastes like candy favorite
part of my breakfast I’ll have like a cup of strawberries and blueberries in my oats in the morning just to help with cravings as well this is like
one of the most important meals and it’s one of my favorite meals so I really
like take my time making sure that it’s worth the wait because I’d be I’m hungry
like especially after doing cardio so I make sure like this meal I take my time
really cooking this meal just so I can really enjoy it being this close to a show and having
your diet like as strict as it is you like really appreciate foods like this I
mean eating chicken and turkey and you know shrimp all day it’s just like
redundant eating the same meals I don’t know I’m crazy though you got to
be a little crazy to do this sport it’s not it’s not always easy eating the same
thing for months every single day but I don’t eat for taste honestly
except for meal one but every other meal I eat for results and our first call out
grapefruit is ready you got to come look at this look how plump and juicy lips
I’ll make it look even better so I cut it like this so it comes out
easier it’s a lot easier to eat just kind of carve out from it from the skin
and then I’ll just make like a cross my mindset my vision is like so far I
before I got on the Arnold stage I saw myself in that first call out like I saw
myself in the Olympia stage before I got there because I having that vision
so when your vision is like so much bigger and brighter the work you need to
do to get there it becomes a lot easier so for me is like it’s just part of the
process alright guys this is my mr. Olympia
