so that’s 31 years ago What do you do? I am a chef, and restaurant-owner because I own six restaurants in Paris and its outskirts What is the fruit or vegetable that reminds you of childhood? The fruit that reminds me of my childhood is mango, and especially the pit I loved to bite on the pit, have juice all over my hands and the filaments stuck between my teeth What is the fruit or vegetable that you hated as a child but love now that you’re cooking it?
