Want an awesome
after-dinner snack? Consumer Reports’ experts
remind us, don’t desert fruit. Compared to other
sweets, you can eat a whole lot
of this good stuff without eating a
whole lot of calories. Here’s what 100 calories of
your favorite fruits look like. So dig in after
dinner, or any time. You won’t be feeling blue
after all these berries. Hungry? Got to reach for a peach. Two would be just peachy. Watermelon’s a great snack,
no matter how you slice it. You won’t get into a jam
if you pick strawberries. Pleasing to the core, and
one a day, so they say, will keep the doctor away– an apple. Beethoven’s favorite fruit? Ba-na-na-na. I heard it through
the grapevine. Grapes are great. Love them a whole bunch. After this tropical
treat, you won’t be pining for more pineapple. Here’s a sweet little orange
tree, my darling clementine. Fruits are full of all
sorts of benefits, including vitamins, minerals, and fiber. And best of all,
they taste great.
