I went off gluten, I went off all wheat products.
I’d recommend everyone give it a try for two weeks, no pizza, no beer, no pasta, no cookies,
you know, any of that stuff with wheat in it. Hey, two, two weeks, give it a try and
see if you feel better. After two weeks I was jumping off this wall we have out here
with my son. I couldn’t even look at that wall without my knees hurting before that. So yeah, that’s been two and a half years.
And then Leap Day of 2012, Fenruary 29th, I thought what am I going to leap, I said
I’m going to have no sugar today. And I went on FaceBook and said who wants to do thirty
days with no sugar? And I had five people write me within about a minute. And Christmas
Day 2012, I know these videos you are doing are going to be around forever because their
awesome and important, so Christmas Day 2012 was three hundred days. So, I don’t think
I’ll go back to sugar, you know, its very easy to live without. So I just, I don’t eat
anything with processed or refined sugar in it.
