Hey, guys. This is Lacy with A Sweet Pea Chef,
and today, we’re going to be making my strawberry protein shake. This shake is delicious and
healthy, and it’s a great meal replacement or breakfast or just a post-workout meal.
Let’s get started. One of the best things about protein shakes
is that they’re super simple. You just toss them all into the blender, and they’re ready
to go. My suggestion is to add all the liquids first. That’ll make it easier on the blender
to actually mix everything up. It won’t get stuck on the ice or anything like that. So
start by adding the milk and the honey and the yogurt all first and then add everything
else in. Then go ahead and blend until it’s a nice,
smooth consistency. If you find that it’s being a little too thick, just add a little
bit more of the almond milk. Little too thin, add a little bit more ice. Little not sweet
enough, add a little bit more honey, and you’re good to go. So there you have it, super easy and delicious
