This is a pulping operation. It’s just madness pre grinding step for all this soft fruit We’re gonna run it with the stones in it the piece of equipment. I’m using is an M8A disintegrator It’s a little small for most of these products. That’s why they’re pre-chopped well We normally recommend would be an M12 which is the next larger size. I think it would feed everything except for possibly that melon there without any trouble. A bigger apple might be a little bit more trouble too, but everything else would go so I have it turned up to 3600 rpm right now which is actually a standard motor speed. I got a 3/8 inch round hole screen in there right now and I’m just gonna run these things through one at a time, so you can see what happens. Blood Orange Mango Whole Orange Lemon and a lime two potatoes Okay so when I ran this with the pits you could hear a bit at 120 Hertz It wasn’t quite doing it. So I turned it up to 180 Hertz which would be the equivalent on an M12A of having it at 120 Hertz run and speed It went through fine It takes a little bit of extra acceleration and get that pit because it’s woody and fibrous to break apart But it runs right through it a 180. I didn’t even have to stop it. So it’s good. And your product is good nice mush.
