Snail Core Exercise


(upbeat music) – This is the ab snail. A fantastic exercise
that will target your abs and even your triceps. Simply get on the ground in an L position. Place your legs together,
and your hands behind you. Push yourself up, bring
your abs towards your spine, and lift your hips off the ground. You wanna drag your legs toward you and bring your hips as
far back as you can. You wanna make sure you return
to the ground very slowly, as this will put more tension on your abs. Try it, and have fun. (building rhythmic music)
