Now the healthy golden milk is here… This healthy milk is perfect to sip before bedtime Because you go asleep very easily…. You do it yourself very easily we start out with making the cashew milk …… You need 2,5 cups of nuts and 1 l of water and ounce of himalaya salt and 2-3 dades Mix it to a milk strain through screen mesh The nut cest is perfect to use in your raw food cooking or you can use it on your skin as organic skin care… You can get a “Cleopatra effect” by using nut milk… Now time for the golden milk – And to this you make turmeric paste You need 1/2 cup turmeric 1/2 cup water & 1/2 tsp black pepper then you cook this in low teperature (37-40C) for 10 minutes For golden milk you use your nut milk and the turmeric paste 3cups of nut milk, 1/2 tsp cardamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1tsp honey or agave syrap Then you mix it to your golden milk mix until you get body temperature 37 C So healthy and so good!
