Yogurt time. All right, let’s make some coconut
yogurt, yogurt however you want to say it. Coconut yogurt, let’s do it.
It’s going to be all natural, healthy, vegan as well. So you get three baby
coconut meats from the coconut, then we are going to put in some
cinnamon. That’s about a teaspoon of cinnamon. He’s
trying to do two things at once, multitasking kind of hard. Slippery elm; it’s
about a tablespoon, maybe two tablespoons of slippery elm, maybe three tablespoons,
there we go. We are just going to blend it together. Might need
a little bit of oil, water, or coconut water as well. Need a lid. Where’s
the tapper? All right, there you have it coconut yogurt.
Now for you or some this may not be very sweet. If you want it sweeter
you just need to add in some honey or some coconut flower nectar, whatever
you want to put in there. And there you have it coconut yogurt. Coconut milk guys. It’s very easy to make
at home, very cheap, and obviously very delicious and healthy. So what
