Protein Bar Review // OutClass Nutrition

What’s up YouTube Matt Lee here welcome to
today’s video. We have another good one for you guys today as we were doing a
product review of OutClass Nutrition Protein Bar.
So guys right now you’re looking at the cranberry cashew protein bar and how
we’re gonna break down this video today is we’re going to cover three topics the
nutrition and ingredients which I have all those listed in the description
below so be sure to check those out and then we’re going to cover the taste and
last but not least we’re going to get to the pricing. So to start this off
with the nutrition and ingredients. For one of these bars you guys are looking
at 11 grams of fat 26 grams of carbs 18 grams of protein. Now guys with protein
bars I’m always a little skeptical just because the Macros on a lot of them
are absolutely terrible. You can find protein bars with so many calories and
guys that are stacked full of carbohydrates and fats that serves no
good at all so you just got to be careful when it comes to protein bars
and I’m gonna be honest this protein bar is spot-on with the macros guys like I
said 11 grams of fat not too bad at all it’s pretty average when it comes to
protein bars guys but also in a little lower side if you want to talk about
really good tasting protein bars 26 grams of carbohydrates awesome and last
but not least 18 grams of protein which you can’t get better than that. As for
the ingredients in this bad boy you’re looking about 18 grams of grass-fed whey
protein that’s where you get the protein right there you’re looking at the clover
honey which I want to talk about in a second you got organic cashew butter
organic cashews organic cranberries all the organic goodness is in this bad boy
and sunflower oil. So this protein bar is listed as a pre or post-workout snack.
Now that ingredient that I just talked about, that clover honey it’s a great
source of energy, so I highly suggest that you guys have this protein bar
right before you go work out. Between the clover honey, the fats, and the carbs, you’re
going to have enough energy to sustain your whole entire workout. The protein
bar is very tiny to guys as you guys to see. You can definitely get this down in one or
two bites. Like I said, it’s a quick little pre-workout snack and you’ll be on your
way. Also some other notes when it comes to the nutrition and ingredients. This is
paleo friendly, it’s going to be non-GMO, it’s gluten free, it has no artificial sweeteners in
there guys and no hidden sugars which I cannot express how much I love that
about this protein bar. On to topic number two we’re gonna be talking about
the taste of this protein bar so I have cranberry cashew like I mentioned and
I’m not gonna lie to guys I’m not a big fan of the Fruity Tooty protein bars, I
much rather have a chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, a vanilla protein bar, but
for it being cranberry cashew it wasn’t too bad. It’s definitely something I couldn’t
have every single day, but it wasn’t too bad at all. With that being the case guys
they do offer chocolate peanut butter protein bars as well so I’m sure if I
had that instead of the cranberry cashew it would be a different story but, as for
the taste guys I would definitely give it a 7 out of 10. Like I said for it being
cranberry cashew it wasn’t too bad. If you guys like cranberries and cashews, you guys will absolutely love his protein bar because those those flavors are very distinct
throughout. On to topic number three, we’re gonna be
talking about the price of these protein bars. So one of these protein bars is
listed for two dollars and thirty cents or you can buy a pack of 12 for $24 guys.
Honestly it’s pretty average when it comes to the price of protein bars so I
think it’s a great price for what you’re getting, especially with those
ingredients. Alrighty guys, now on to the recap about the ingredients, and the
nutrition, and the taste, and the prices, all that good stuff that we covered
today. I’m giving this protein bar a 7.5. I love
the ingredients guys, I like how there’s no artificial sweeteners in here, no
hidden sugars, the taste is not bad at all like. Like I said I might have a fan of
that fruity tooty-ness, but the cranberry cashews wasn’t the best. But like I said, if I
had the chocolate peanut butter, I’m sure it would be a different story
and last but not least the price is spot-on and it’s average across the
board when it comes to protein bars so if you guys want to check these out I
have outclass nutritions link in description below be sure to give them
a look guys. But thank you so much for watching this video be sure to LIKE,
