Hey, what’s up guys, my name is Lucas Kullmann and I’m gonna be teaching you guys how to promote a healthy diet. Alright, so when promoting a healthy diet, it’s always the small things that count the most. So let’s say instead of eating a pastry, eat a banana or another piece of fruit in place of that. Also meal prepping is key –blocks your ability to eat on the go such as places like fast-food, food trucks, etc. Changing and maintaining a new and healthy diet can be very hard when you’re doing this on your own. That is why it’s always key to have a partner there by your side because they can watch what you eat with you and they watch what they eat as well if they’re doing it together with you. Norms are something that everybody likes to follow because it’s based off what society’s doing. that’s what a subjective norm is it’s when the person is in need of A change and they believe that those around them family friends are all living and doing a healthier life. That’s why having a partner accomplishes subjective norms, so you’re completing the diet to improve your better behavior. A phrase, I always say when it comes to eating healthier is taste the rainbow and no I don’t mean skittles. Choosing a diet where you’re eating blues, greens, purples, reds, oranges, and many more colors allows you to get all the nutrients that are vital to maintaining a great healthy diet and a great weight. For my last take I’d like to embellish on replacing sugar sweetened beverages with water or Seltzer’s and stuff like that if you need the carbonation feeling. And also getting adequate sleep it is proven that poor sleep contributes to weight you. Need help? Healthy people 2020 is always a great place to start they’re always upping what they do and trying to figure out what we need to do to lower the rates of obesity and overweight people. You can always contact your local doctor or Nutritionist and they’ll help you out and maybe give you a diet plan.
