Paleo Diet Update | Day 14


I’ve completed two weeks of paleo eating I was a beast for the first few days!! really really cranky, having a lot of cravings, I didn’t sleep well… for probably the first 3 or 4 days… I slept horrible but then probably around day 5 or 6 it started to get a little easier I’m losing some weight… not as fast as I’d like but I guess it’s better to lose it slower anyways in the long run I will put some examples of what I’ve been eating every day down below and some recipes and some other information I’ll be sure to post another update in another week or maybe two I haven’t cheated at all which is really crazy for me two weeks without any grains, any sugar (other than natural sugars) and dairy This is really huge for me because the longest I ever survived before was about a week and then I’d always have a cheat day sometimes that would lead to a cheat week! or like this last time, a cheat few months!!! I’m really proud of myself and I hope some of you are inspired by this to get in better shape with me and get healthier with me.
