On-the-go CARAMEL SAUCE – Adaptogenic, Sugar-Free, Keto, & Paleo


– Hi, I’m Sage, welcome back to the Addictive Wellness channel. – Hi and I’m AnnaBlanca. – Today we’re gonna be making
something that is connected to a fan request and that
is something that’s easy that you can make when you’re traveling. It’s a way to get in your super-foods, healthy fats, and tonic herbs. – And it is one of my favorites. I always tell Sage when we travel, I love our chocolate but sometimes I like just a little
bit of something on top. And that’s when he made
me this caramel sauce. It’s so good. – So this is gonna be a caramel sauce that’s totally sugar free,
which is really special. So, it’s just gonna have a
couple of ingredients in it. First, we’re gonna start
out with one packet of our Caramel Elixir Blends. That’s where our tonic herbs
are gonna be coming in. Here we have Lion’s Mane,
Astragalus, Tremella. Go ahead, you putting it in? – Yes I will do it and then you can keep
explaining what it is. I have some use in here right? – For example, Lion’s Mane, an incredible brain tonic and nootropic. And then you have Tremella
which is a beauty mushroom. And Astragalus which is
helping the immune system;. Another very important thing
when you’re traveling right? And last but not least, Cordyceps. Which improves your oxygen utilization, improves your energy production. And so with these four,
you’re just like ready to go for amazing travel adventures. So we got those in there and we’re gonna add just
a teaspoon of hot water. – Just to get things going. – Start stirring that up. – Mm, that looks amazing already. Oh wow! That’s incredible, you already
made it into a caramel paste. Just one teaspoon. – I’m gonna go with a second teaspoon. – We’re using two teaspoons. – We’re gonna– – We’re adjusting the recipe as we go. – This is something, a lot of
times when you’re traveling, you don’t maybe have a teaspoon, so you just kind of get to estimate it but here we’re gonna go with precision. – Oh that’s amazing. – So it’s turning into
kind of a paste here. And you could even just do it like this if you didn’t have our next ingredient, our ghee, the healthy fat
that we’re gonna be using. You could literally just
do with only only water. Now, we are gonna add
two tablespoons of ghee. This is an incredibly healthy fat, so great for your brain,
for your nervous system. But it’s not vegan, so if you are vegan and you still want a way
to do something like this, you can just use MCT oil. It’s not gonna have the same amazing caramel flavor that you get from the ghee, but it’s still gonna be pretty darn good. – I like MCT oil. Especially, the brain
power that comes from it. – So now our ghee goes in here. We’re gonna keep stirring this up. – I’m so going to have this on a piece of Focus chocolate right away. – So it’s that easy. A sweet treat you can
make in just a few seconds with a couple of ingredients on the road and really enjoy decedent indulgence. That’s something you could even make when you’re sitting in the

there’s water and fat in this, it’s not shelf stable. So if you’re not gonna
