NON MEAT PROTEIN SOURCES


hey you guys it’s April with Happy
Healin’ Vegan. So one of the questions I get asked the most is “where do vegans
get their protein” and for most of us, as long as you’re eating enough calories,
probably don’t have to worry about this. However, every single body is
different and some of us may need a little bit more protein. So, in today’s
video I am going to take you through my favorite non meat sources of protein and
I’ll do so in one minute or less. Lentils of all colors, nuts and seeds, nut butters,
a variety of beans, quinoa, spirulina, green peas, tofu, and edamame.
You can also use mock meats and plant based protein powders to meet your
protein needs. Some of the strongest animals and human athletes eat nothing
but plants and they are definitely not deficient in protein. Alright you guys, I
