Non-Fried kfc Style Chicken 🐓 With cous cous & Vegetables Healthy Diet Urdu vlog English Subtitles


– Hello and Assalamualaikum to all my viewers and subscribers. – Today I have made non-fried(air-fried) chicken in KFC style. – With roasted vegetables and boiled couscous. – So in this video I am going to give you the recipe of all three things. – I am show you all recipes little bit. – But the main purpose is to show the recipe of KFC non-fried chicken. – So lets get started and let me show you what ingredients will be required. – But if you keep watching the video you will also get the recipe of couscous. – Lets see what ingredients will be required for non-fried chicken. These are chicken chops which I bought with skin; this is cayenne red pepper; this is black pepper and this is ground ginger; this is garlic powder; and this is salt. – And with that let me tell you that if you don’t want to buy chicken chops than you can buy any other chicken cut it depends upon you. – Now I am putting spices on chicken; I put salt on it and I am putting these things according to my estimate. Now I am putting garlic and ginger. – I will marinate it after putting small amount of everything. – Now I am putting crushed red chili and black pepper – I recommend to marinate it at least 2-3 hours. – And if you marinate it more then this time then of course it taste will became better. – So after putting all these spices and after mixing it well I will crackling warp it. – You can see I have crackling wrapped it. And I will start making it within 2-3 hours. – Till then I will start making dry materiel. – For that I have plain flour; and this is corn flour; and this is crushed black pepper I will put some in this again; this is baking powder and it is important to put it in this, this is crushed red pepper; this is salt; and I will also put oregano in it; and this is garlic powder. – And now I am going to mix everything. – And I have put everything estimately. – You have to put plain flour in large quantity. You call it “Maida(wheat flour)” or all purpose flour; it is refined flour, we have to put it first; then we will add corn flour which will be 1/4 part of the plain flour. – You have to estimate it with this like if you are adding 1 kg of plain flour you have to add 250g of baking powder. – And now I have added crushed black and red pepper; and now I am putting baking powder estimately; but you should not add it like this because I know how much I needed and you don’t. I almost added 1 table spoon. And now I am adding salt in it. And now I am adding oregano; And all these things which I have added crushed black and red pepper; salt; garlic powder; and oregano; and baking powder. – You have to mix it well. Mix it thoroughly with a dry spoon or fork or with any other thing. – And this is our dry material which we will put on the chicken and fry it. – And now there is a thing called wet paste which I am making with eggs. – And for that the ingredients which are required are eggs and this is red hot chili paste; which we also known as chili sauce and I have eggs and this is the bowl in which we are going to beat the egg; – It was milk which I have showed you before. – I will put two eggs in it. – And then I will add chili sauce. – I am putting it estimately you can put as much as you want; you can add it in less quantity if you don’t eat spicy food. I am adding it in a mild quantity. – This is normal milk. – And now I am mixing everything. – Remember that I haven’t added salt in it. – And now I have all these thing; I have chicken; I have eggs; and I have dry flour, I will put all these things aside. – And I am moisturizing the air fryer with oil spray. – And now I will put flour and egg on the chicken. – First i will dip it in the egg you have dip it well. – And then you will put it in the flour, I will tell you in what way you should put it in flour. – You must put it in this way that the flour must not stick with it in excessive quantity. – When you put it in the air fryer you must take off the extra flour on it means it must not dusting too much; – Keep putting flour on it and then remove the excessive flour. – Then start putting it in the air fryer. – I have heat up the air fryer. I recommend it, otherwise it is OK if you didn’t do it. – Heat it up for 5-10 minutes. – So I have remove the extra quantity of flour and now I am putting it in the fryer. – Now I will do the same procedure again; First I will dip it in the egg; and then I will put it in the flour. – But I recommend you that you must do it in the way I am doing it. – First put the flour on both sides and then remove the extra flour. – Keep putting the flour on both sides and then remove the extra amount of it. – I am keep removing the extra flour and then again putting it in the flour. – And now I am going to put it in the air fryer. – I have placed them in the fryer and now I will cover them with oil spray. – If you don’t have a oil sprayer it’s not a big deal; just use a oil brush – Oil it from all sides with one oil brush; at least oil it from the upper side; because we have already oiled the bottom before and that it enough. – Now I am starting it on 200 degrees. – It will be cooked for 20-25 but I will keep checking it in the middle. – So after 15 minutes you can see that it is literally in KFC style. – It would look same even if you double coat it. – By double coating I meant that you dip it in the egg then you put it in the flour then you again put it in egg and then again in flour; – It would still look same but double coated. – But it really really taste amazing. – Now I am showing you couscous and for that I have salt; I have couscous; and I have olive oil spread and butter. – I am using these things you can use whatever you want to use. – Now I am going to roast couscous in the frying pan. – And then I will put equal amount of water in it; and some salt and some lemon. – And then I will cover it for 10-15 minutes. – But before that I will roast it. – Now after roasting it I am putting equal amount of water. – Now I will cook it a bit and I am adding lemon in it and also some salt. – Now I will cook it on low heat for 10-15 minutes. – Open it between 10-15 minutes and stir it with a spoon. – And it is ready now, it was sticking with the pan so stir it with spoon – I will dry it now and it is ready. – And in roasted vegetables I have cauliflower and broccoli; and some mushrooms; and sticks of “SHAKARKANDI” which also called sweet potato. – After spraying oil on it I am putting it oven on 200 degrees for half an hour. – Now I am going to assemble the plates. – Everything is ready now. – I have prepared everything together so nothing get cold. Don’t think that it is here for a while so it might get cold.
