Let’s start preparing Mango Custard For making Mango custard first of all cook the custard powder in milk. This is vanilla Custard, 2 tbsp custard powder We need a little raw milk in a bowl, Take out 3 to 4 tbsp milk in a bowl, Boil the rest of the milk, Put the milk in the bowl with the custard powder and mix well, Mix it till the lumps dissolve. The custard mix is ready. Wait till the milk starts boiling. Till there is boil in milk, let us peel and cut the mangoes. We have taken 2 ripe mangoes, which do not have threads, Here we find Safeda mangoes easily which we have taken, You can take any mango near you , which doesn’t have threads, Like dusseri or alphonso or any type. Peel the mangoes. There is a boil in the milk, we will peel and cut the mango later, Let’s work over the milk first, There is a boil in the milk, put the flame to medium and pour the custard powder mix into the boiling milk, And cook while stirring it, let’s mix it once more, because the custard powder settles at the bottom of the bowl. Now we pour the custard powder to the milk, and sirl it constantly, Flame is medium. Cook the milk and custard powder mix for 6 to 7 minutes. Stir constantly to make sure there are no lumps and it shouldn’t stick to the base of the wok. We have cooked the custard mix for 6 minutes, turn off the flame. Place the pan over a net stand and let it cool. We will stir it at regular interval because we do not want a layer of cream over it when it cools. The custard should be smooth, so we will keep stirring it, Let’s peel the mango, and cut them. Cut a few slice of mango from it to garnish the Mango custard. And cut a few bigger pieces, to make the paste. The small pieces are cut and ready, now cut the big pieces, Peel and cut the other mango in bigger pieces, we have cut the mangoes. Take ½ cup grapes, cut them. Cut and Use it to garnish the custard. Remove its tip which is black, and is not nice. Cut the grape into 2 halves. Take chopped cashews, but you need to cut the almonds and pistachios. Cut the almonds thinly like this. Make 7 to 8 pieces out of it. Also cut the pistachios likewise thinly. Make puree from big mango chunks, put the chunks into the jar, We have taken ½ cup sugar, add it to the mangoes, So that its blends well, Mango and sugar paste is ready. Now let’s whip the cream. Take a few ice cubes in a bowl and a place another plate over it. We placed both the bowl in the freezer, so that the bowl is chilled and ready, Take 1 cup ( 200 gms ) fresh cream, put it in a bowl. Cream was also from the fridge, it Is very cold, put it in a bowl, We already removed the water part from the cream, Now we will whip it. Now whip it first at number 1, for 1 to 2 minutes. cream is very dense, For custard this consistency of cream is required You don’t need to whip it anymore. It takes 6 minutes to whip the cream. First we put the machine to number 1 for 2 minutes, then on number 2 for 2 minutes and on number 5 for 2 more minutes , Cream is ready, to make custard mix the ingredients Mix all the ingredients in the wok, because it is big and easier to mix the ingredients, Custard has also cooled down and is dense, Mix it a little, Pour the mango sugar paste into it Pour the cream into it and mix all ingredients, Mix it well once more with a blender, Custard mixture is ready, Now we will put the mixture in a bowl and put it in the freezer to cool, Fill the custard mix in the bowls. We have taken small bowls, we will serve in it directly. Fill a little custard in the bowls, put a little mango pieces over it, Put a little of grape pieces, using it is optional. You can use any fruits available at home. Like strawberry, kiwi which tastes very good, is green in color and is used for decoration and in taste too. We have taken grapes and a little pomegranate seeds, Using it is optional too, If it is there then use it, its color is very good, And tastes good too, Now we add dry fruits, we have used chopped cashews, and a little chopped pistachios and almonds, Using it is optional. If you don’t want then don’t use it. Custard is ready now, to put in the freezer, Pour rest of the paste in a bigger bowl, put the mango pieces, grapes as done previously, Custard is ready now, Place it in the freezer for 1 hour to cool down and then serve it, We have taken out the custard after placing it in the freezer for an hour, Mango custard is ready to be relished. It is really sumptuous and making it is really easy. We have whipped the cream with electric blender, You can whip it with a hand blender, or manually too, Because very dense cream is not required for the custard, but slightly dense.
