Losing weight is a lot easier than you think

Losing the extra weight may be a lot
easier than you think. What would your life look like if you
have total control over your weight? You love buying new clothes because you feel
totally confident about your body. Maintaining a high level of health and
fitness just comes naturally to you. It’s a part of your lifestyle and your habits.
In the process feels joyful and effortless. How will it change your life? How will it affect your confidence? But let me guess, you tried the diets. You couldn’t sustain them because you felt so restricted. You feel confused about the conflicting information on how to lose weight and actually keep it off. No matter how hard you try, you struggle to get the results that you want. It seems so difficult, you aren’t sure if you’re even doing the right thing. You’re frustrated and
exhausted trying to figure it out completely discouraged. I wonder if maybe
achieving the body composition that you want is even available to you. Look the
fact that you aren’t getting the results that you want is not because you are not
strong or capable enough, because there is something wrong with you, because you
are not trying hard enough. It’s that you’ve been given the wrong
information. Let me show you a better way that has worked for hundreds of women
just like you. I totally understand what you’re going through because I’ve been
there. To start as a teenager I felt incredibly insecure about my body. After
spending time at one of the top professional ballet boarding schools in
the world. Where body image was a strong focus, I developed an eating disorder. I
got to a point at nineteen years old where I was disgusted with myself and I
said enough is enough! No more! It’s at that point when I started lifting
weights and I got into fitness. My weight stabilized but I was about 20 pounds
over my ideal weight. At this stage I decided I was going to start competing
in bodybuilding competitions, I thought this is my chance to get the body that I
want. To prepare for this bodybuilding competitions, my coach who put me on
a very aggressive calorie-restricted diet for three months. I remember telling my
coach that I didn’t have enough energy to complete my workouts. And he said just
take any see a stack caffeine and ephedrine essentially which are
stimulants. By the end of the competition prep, I was in incredible
shape. This I thought is supposed to be a vision of health. I’m in incredible
shape but I felt horrible I felt so deprived, so hungry. The minute
the show was over, I would spend the next four months binging and getting all the
way back and more. At this stage I also started to deal with the myriad of health
problems. After three years in the competitive bodybuilding world, I was
really sick. I had horrible chronic allergies, breaking out in hives all the
time. I had chronic yeast infections I’d have four to five colds per year. I
was depressed and anxious. I wake up puffy eyes, my ankles were swollen. I was
actually studying in college at the time and I couldn’t concentrate. I had brain
fog. It was a mess. Then my friend gave me a book. The book was all about how to
heal your body. It was my introduction into this concept.
From this point onward, I dove into every book that I could find on the topic of
natural healing. I then met two incredible health experts who became my
mentors. Who guided me on a path on how to bring my body back into balance. I then
went back to school to become a holistic nutritionist. And through this journey I
was able to resolve all of my health challenges. And the unexpected by-product
of that was I’ve lost twenty pounds and have kept it off and the weight loss
process was honestly effortless. What I learned on this healing journey is that
weight loss is not just about calories in versus calories out.
It’s not about restriction. It’s not about suffering or intensive workouts
that exhaust you. Sustainable weight loss has a lot to do with how your body
systems are working. When your body is working better, weight loss becomes
effortless. And the weight loss principles that you’ve been taught are
wrong. What is characteristically taught about how to go about losing weight, eat
less exercise more. Eat your oatmeal for breakfast with low-fat milk, whole wheat
bread and low-fat meat, your low-fat yogurt and whey protein shakes. Don’t eat
too much fat especially not saturated fats. Stick to vegetable oils,
healthy right? Wrong! stop the insanity! The key to truly sustainable weight loss
is to focus on a lifestyle and a way of eating that reduces inflammation, reduces
stress and brings the body back into balance. Our body system can function
more effectively. By the way, we need to eat lots of healthy fats for our bodies
to work properly. Working out when you’re exhausted, no! This is
a source of stress. When we place the focus on improving our health and bringing our
body back into balance, this is when weight loss becomes effortless. And
this process is simple, but it’s focused on improving our health. We need to
address weight loss holistically where we look at our body, mind, and spirit as a
whole. With my system, you don’t even feel like you’re on a diet. No more starving,
no more restriction, no more pain, no more guessing of what your doing is going to
work or not. You will feel full, satisfied and energized. My methods give you total
control over your weight. Unlock the lifestyle that can give you your body
confidence back. Have fun buying clothes again and
