Hi Everyone ; We are here to cook some delicious Healthy food that is Lemon chicken 🙂 We require Lemon Juice Some Fresh Green Chilli little Ginger Paste And Chicken Preferably Breast Chicken for Fitness Freaks First of all make some deep Cuts in the Chicken , so that Chicken get cooked completely You can choose to cut only big pieces Now use some Garlic Paste and fill into the cuts of chicken this will add to the taste of chicken Now we will Marinate it in Freezer for 20 Mins …. You can also add Curd for marinate this will enhance the Flavor…. Now the Show begin… First of all put lemon Juice into the Fry Pan you can add lemon juice as per your taste… Now put chicken into the fry pan mix it welllllllll……………………………. Now Add Green Chill you should cook at low heat in the starting Now Add Salt , Black Pepper, little turmeric for colour, and red chilli powder as per taste Mix it welll again……….. You can also add Onion , Tomato and other vegetable for extra taste…. Now cover the pan for 10 to 15 mins After 10-15 Mins you will see that chicken will leave some water now increase the heat and cook the chicken till all water get absorbed water will help in enhancing taste and colour also cook the chicken you can check the taste and moisture of the chicken by taking a small piece our chicken is ready Thank You for Watching
