hey guys is shruti arjun today i’m doing one of the most requested skincare video on my channel how to ged rid of stretch marks or fade stretch marks and how to prevent them from happening we all know we get stretch marks when our body actually rapidly gain weight or lose weight or during pregnancy and we get a stretch mark on our hand, on our buttocks or breast as well as the main area is our tummy so especially during pregnancy because your tummy become like so big my tummy used to be like so so big so that’s why we get a lot of stretch marks, especially on the tummy area so i’m gonna give you guys four amazing tips for not only fading these stretch marks for preventing them from happening as well especially if you are just pregnant or you are thinking about you know, have a baby in your family, grow your family then you can do this methods to make sure you are not getting you know, stretch marks through all the pregnancy first step is very simple and easy all you need is castor oil and olive oil one of the most important key features of olive oil and castor oil is they are very thick so they are going to you know protect your skin by building a barrier of moisture on your skin so what happen is while your skin is actually stretching there should be enough moisture present on your skin so that it can actually prevent the stretch marks from happening so that’ why just add you know equal amount of olive oil,equal amount of castor oil in it and then you mix them together and apply it at least 3 or 4 time you have to apply it especially especially if you are when you are pregnant apply it on your belly and it is going to calm your belly as well because it’s you know oil and sometimes it happens that when your body stretches somehow you get that irritating and um very a kind of kind of feeling that’s what im saying so just rub this oil on your belly and is going to lock the moisture until you are reapplying it on your body that you should aply these oils after 5 months of pregnancy but let me tell you start applying these from the second month of your pregnancy because it all depends on how much you know, big your tummy goes for some people it is like a very small tummy for some people they get a very big tummy because it all depends on the you know amount of emnic fluid in your woumb so that’s why i would highly advise you to start applying these oil from the second month of your pregnancy now rub it on your affected area for good 10 to 15 minutes and rub it until it actually dissolve into your skin then take a shower of like half an hour, take a shower second tip is keep your body hydrated drink plenty of water because it helps in protecting your skin from many kinds of problems also in detoxification, it helps your skin in making it suppel and restore the elasticity of your body drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water every single day next two remedies are for people who already got the stretch marks and they want to get rid of it all you need is aloe vera gel i had this natural aloe vera but if you don’t have this, you can use the aloe vera gel it is also very good this is a very very finely aloe gel so it actually you know goes deep into your skin and repair your skin add 3 teaspoon of aloe vera gel in your bowl now i’m going to add 5 vitamin e capsules in it vitamin e is amazing for your skin because it acts like a protector most of all it can go deep into your skin and it will help to rejuvenate yor skin at the same time what it does is it is going to block the free radicals from your body if you’re wondering what the hell is free radicals are then these free radicals are actually responsible for aging process so it blocks the free radical so that your skin can look more youthful and without any wrinkles then i’m going to add 3 capsules of vitamin a in it now they are very easily available in all pharmacy shops and they are inexpensive as well just like vitamin e, vitamin a is also amazing for your skin because it’s already proven that it helps in you know reducing the wrinkles it also helps in reducing the brown spots so what happen is especially after pregnancy we’re gonna get a lot of dark spots on the tummy because your tummy shrinks up so that’s why so it’s going to highly moisturize your skin at the same time i’ts going to help in tightening your skin which is the most important when it comes to you know removing the stretch marks and especially after pregnancy when you get the darkness around the tummy it helps in reducing that darkness too now mix all the ingridients well together now rub this gel wherever you have stretch marks and rub it until this gel is fully absorb by your skin then if you can, just keep your skin uncovered so that this gel can absorb very easily and it will go deep into your skin then only it is going to help you to reduce the stretch marks so make sure you are keeping your skin at least for 10 minutes uncovered you can apply this 2 times in a day and you can also make it in a big batch and you can keep it in refrigerator for good one week within 8 weeks you will see your stretch marks are fading away and your stretch marks will become especially if you have a red ant bite stretch marks they are going to fade into a lighter version and then if you are going to use this recipe for a longer period of time your stretch marks will go away for the second recipe i’m going to add 1 teaspoon of a raw sugar i’m adding one teaspoon of almond oil in it i’m using the almond oil from khadi because it’s widely available in india if you want pregnant make sure you are asking your doctor before using this recipe because i personally believe if you are pregnant you should not use anything as than you know oil which i mentioned at the first and use this recipes after pregnancy or if you have a stretch marks or you’re not pregnant but if you are pregnant then go for the first recipe only now mix it well until the sugar is fully dissolve we are adding sugar because it hydrates your skin at the same time it’s natural h it means that it draws moisture from the environment into your skin you have to apply this gel daily wherever your stretch marks are just massage your skin with this gel for at least 10 to 15 minutes then take a shower and continue to do so for good one month or until stretch marks are all gone now continue to do so every single day and you will see amazing result within a month but you need to keep on doing it because stretch marks are something which are not gonna go in a month it will take a little time but
