Hi friends welcome back to my channel. In this video I want to share how I use dry
fruit mixture in daily eating. It is healthy. I took 1 cup of Almonds, 1 cup of walnuts
, 2,3 tablespoons of chia seed . We cut chop into small pieces instead I use ninja blender
. This time it was made into powder so with the help of Seive I am eliminating powder
. In the same way we need to cut walnut into pieces and then add chia seeds , that’s
all. If you want you can add dates or raisins. Now store in air tight container. Now let’s see how to use. 1. Since it is a mixture of 2, 3 nuts . It’s
already tasty . You can eat as it is 2. Oats is a good breakfast. I cooked oats with milk and water. Later in this I am adding my dry nuts mixture. And now I am adding sugar and some fruits.healthy
breakfast with nuts is ready. 3. In smoothies. Today I
am showing how to make green smoothie . I have
taken frozen bananas and spinach strawberries milk and put in Ninja blender. In this smoothie I am adding this nut mixture. In any smoothie we can add it .
4. In yogurt. In fresh yogurt I am adding this nut mixture
