If you want to plan to try and get more whole
grains into your diet, it’s a really great idea to get a healthier diet and feel better.
They are a great way to have a lot of energy and so what you can do is you can create,
you can cook rice and barley whole wheat couscous, whole wheat pasta. Another thing is whole
wheat breads and so if you’re a very busy individual, a great thing that you can do
is have whole wheat peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Something that a lot of my clients
like to do is keep whole grains in the refrigerator such as brown rice or barley. You can cook
it in the oven, it’s very simple very quick and it will also last in the refrigerator
for five days. So if you have whole grain in the refrigerator along with maybe some
beans and whole grain tortilla, it’s a great way to throw yourself together a snack or
even make a quick meal when you’re on the go when you are a busy individual.
