How to Have a Healthy Diet with a Busy Schedule : Importance of Fruits & Vegetables in Diets


Now I’m going to talk about fruits and vegetables.
We know that we like this sweet and salty flavors of foods. If we keep them around we’re
going to go ahead and probably resort to these foods when they are easily available to us.
But if we keep a basket like this beautiful basket of fruits and we keep a lot of wonderful
colors of vegetables available to us then hopefully it would resort to these types of
foods as snacks and included in our meals. A way to do that it would be to keep a basket
like this at home keep a basket at your office desk, if you’re a student keep some of these
fruits and vegetables in your backpacks. There are so many new packs now at the store that
you can get individual carrots, celery and even if you are cooking at home the grocery
stores even offer already chopped up vegetables that you can add. So they are convenient but
hopefully you’re getting the amount of fruits and vegetables that you need throughout the
day.
