hello guys am Abigail Ekweghi and you are welcome to my channel so today i’ll be taking you through four exercises that will actually help you burn down and reduce the love handle you know this side fat yes this corner the back and then all this corner those are your love handles so I’m going to take you through exercises that actually target those area and they are very easy exercise I actually made the ahhh customized this whole exercise to a very easy one i want you to be able to do the exercise and not feel like you re something so serious you just have to do the exercise and not really feel that much of a burn out and that way you’ll gradually progress and even intensify the workout and evne you can actually stick to this exercise am going to show you and yet gradually you’ll be burning down the love handles and making them realy slim down and come back to shape you understand so that’s what am going you guys through with you guys today and I hope you enjoy this video please thumbs up of this video subscribe to my channel and share the video if like it and probably you think anyone might be interested or even a way of supporting me just share it i appreciate that so much guys so let’s begin the video am talking too much yahhhhhh let’s begin the first exercise of my list is just a side bend and this time is a seated side bend this is seated side bend actually target only the love handles and you’re not stressing every other part of your body sometimes it’s you can even do like relaxing so all you just need to do is just to expand your leg open your leg and you don’t have to strain your leg in anyway so go as comfortable as you can be with this leg expansion or opening then all you just need to is just bend to the corner and reach out to your toes i’m holding my toes here I think my camera is not capt uring that end but just reach out to you toe and then bend this way hold here and just relax you know you won’t really feel that much of a strain the point is it target where you actually where you get the strain is mostly on this area so just relax on this of form with this bend just relax and chill do anything you like smile hold there for I will advice you hold it for like one to two minutes because this is just very much easy exercise to do or you can come back this way if you can bend to this form and bring your hands inside and like you want to you know use your elbow to support yourself then reach out to your toes hold your toes for like four to one to two minutes after that come back switch and bend to this other side this is a stress free love handle burner exercise on like every other love handle exercise and after this move when you have stayed for like one minutes you can just count stay one minute with your timer personally i don’t have a timer and I just use my initiative to gauge the time when am doing this workout so when you have stayed for like one minutes i belief should up to one minute or two then stand up and then we go to the next exercise ok guys I decided to switch off to a vioce over for the rest of this vi deo because I know at some point i’m definitely going to get intense with my breathing because i’m doing much exercise am doing up to like six or seven exercises in this video so i hope you follow me along well this exercise here is just a I call it the seated side crunch all you just need to do is sit on your side and try to crunch your side bring your leg or your arms together you see the target area its just targeting those love hundle the side flabby Fat its targeting those area and it burns them like craze you understand so after after maybe thirty m oves switch side to the same state form and they repeat the same moves on the
