How healthy is your diet? Take the 4LEAF SURVEY today and find out!


Hey guys, just wanted to share this very handy
little diet survey with ye today called the ‘4Leaf survey.’ It asks 12 simple questions about your dietary
habits and gives you an easy-to-understand score from 0 to 4 leaves, with 4 being a near-optimal
plant-based diet of over 80% whole foods. I’ll leave links to the survey and website
in the description box below. I think it’s main strength is the simple graded
result system, providing motivation to move up a level and make positive changes to diet. It’s all-too-easy to rationalise a sub-optimal
diet and convince yourself you’re eating healthy. This survey will provide an objective assessment
of your diet and tell you if you actually are eating well…as long as you answer it
honestly! You can even get a personal report via e-mail
that offers simple ways to get started with improving your score. It’s great for example if you’ve made some
positive changes to your diet in 2019 and want a bit of encouragement to see how your
new dietary pattern compares with beforehand, and provides good motivation to keep it up. It could also serve as a teachable moment
– if there’s someone you know that’s particularly stubborn about their diet, getting them to
take this survey and seeing a bad result in black and white could be just what they need
to kick-start a new positive lifestyle change! There’s loads of great resources on the site
besides the survey to help out with making healthy dietary changes whatever result you
get, including meal planning tips, books and a blog, but I’d like to highlight the open
letter featured on the site to all medical providers written by Dr. Kerry Graff, one
of the creators of the survey. This letter is very profound and powerful,
