Hey, it’s Dan here with

of this almond milk? Sure. But really, it’s not really
for keto, because why? You should be having more lard. And almond milk is way
more healthier, right? So the list goes on and on. I’m going to shut this now. The list goes on and on. Metabolic slowdown happens, OK? It just happens from
specifically diets that are just like these three– keto, paleo, and
vegan diets, OK? So metabolic slowdown,
what happens? Growth hormone decreases. When growth hormone
decreases, there is many things that
happen to our muscles, happen to our metabolism,
happens to our own brain. These are so important. And one of the things that’s
triggering metabolic slowdown is taking out carbohydrates
from your diet. Here’s the thing. You and I both know
no one can live on hardly zero carbohydrates
for the rest of your life. It’s not going to happen. So someday, when you do go
back on carbs– because I know. I’ve done this. What’s going to happen? You’re going to gain the
weight back and, most likely, even more weight than you
