So, there is nothing called as quickly you cannot gain or lose weight very quickly and you might be surprised to know that weight gain is much difficult than weight loss. It’s a challenge! Try to include foods which have lower quantity but are very dense like 10 to 12 almonds will give me 100 calories so if you have that much appetite, and gain those many calories in a lesser amount so include good fat seeds like flax seeds, sunflower seeds, in your smoothies, peanut butter but make sure you’re not going for any store bought. It should be organic or homemade. Also, make sure the ingredients is only peanut and a little bit of sugar and not too much of hydrogenated oil. So, looking for these key ingredients is a must! Fresh fruit juices can also be a very good option to include in your diet for weight gain. And if you’re a non-vegetarian then you can include a lot of lean proteins as it’s very important. So say lean chicken, fish, and if they are vegetarian? Vegetarians should include a lot of pulses like dal, chick peas, kidney beans. So make sure your diet has protein, full fat dairy products like milk, curd, and cheese, it’s a must! So, every high fat food which gives you a lot of portion smaller quantities in calorie count is good. But the key here is not to binge on and eat moderately even for people who want to gain weight. You also have to exercise A lot of people think that if they are gaining weight they don’t need to exercise. So you have to do a lot of strength training, when it comes to gaining weight. So focus on 4 days of strength training and two days of cardio. That will increase your appetite automatically and will be very helpful and ultimately help you gain weight!
