and delicious snacks. My favourite afternoon tea snack
is corn pikelets topped with fresh, sliced avocado. This can be a really good snack to
help us get through to dinnertime. Often our energy levels will slump
around 3 o’clock in the afternoon. The ingredients in these pikelets will help you actually get from

you’ll ever see. Chop the banana
and pop it into a bag in the freezer. This is a great snack for those of you
that have a sweet tooth, but without the added sugar and fat
of store-bought ice-cream. All you need is a few bananas
