Chinese cauliflower Roasting vegetables can be time consuming so I feel like making something simple and quick today I have decided to do a steamed veggie platter instead I like to dip my steamed veggies with chili soy sauce Potatoes I got these baby potatoes from a Korean supermarket I prefer these over the regular kind because it’s less starchy and more waxy, creamy taste Okra Okra has many health benefits It has a good source of calcium, potassium as well as high in antioxidants So if you want to stay young and healthy, this is a great veggie to consume Bok choy Romano beans These taste similar to green beans but a lot sweeter Yellow chili pepper The taste, look, and texture are just like jalapeno peppers Broccolini Yellow chili peppers
