Healthy eating is eating a variety of
food so your body gets the nutrients and vitamins it needs. Your
plate should cover all the different food groups. That includes, grains and of the grains,
you’d want them to be a whole grain such as brown rice or
wheat bread. A dairy and you want to choose a low-fat or fat-free dairy such as skim
milk or a low fat cheese. Finally, a protein, and of the protein
you’d wanna choose a lean meat such as chicken or you
can choose beans or nuts to get your protein. The calories
that you intake really depends on your height, weight, your
gender your age and also the amount a physical
activity you get. If you work out a lot more then
you need more calories you work out less, then you need less. Free ways to exercise would just be to go outside and go for a
nature walk go for a run, ride your bike or go to a
park and just play sports you can also go to the library in rent workout videos. or if you want to look up some different workout that you can do at home that would work too. Adults should get 30
minutes of exercise five times a week.
