Welcome to Gowri Samayalarai Garlic Clear Veg Soup Garlic helps in reducing cholesterol Vegetables are upto your choice Beans, Carrot and Cabbage chopped finely Each veg. for about 3 Tbsp. measure Boil these vegetables in 2 cups of water Beans takes time to get cooked, so add beans first. After 1 min. add carrot to the boiling water After a min. add cabbage Mix it well, close the lid and leave to boil for 3 or 4 mins. Now after 3 mins. the vegetables is cooked. Switch off the stove Filter the veg. using a stainer Keep the stock water aside Heat the pan with 1/2 Tsp. ghee.. or butter as per your option Add 1/2 Tsp. Cummins 1 Tbsp. chopped Garlic 1 Tbsp. chopped Onion Saute it well After sauteing add the filtered vegetables to the pan Saute it well in low flame After sauteing it for 1 min. add the Veg. stock water Add little more water Add required amount of salt (1/4 Tsp.) Add little salt during cooking soup, if required you can add it later. Add little pepper powder MIx it well Once the vegetable gets boiling, take few vegetables out of water strain it and grind it in a mixie Cool the separated veg. and grind it in a mixie adding little water Now add the grinded paste to the boiling vegetables Allow it to boil and add chopped coriander leaves Now the Garlic Clear Veg Soup is ready Try this healthy Veg soup at your home and send us your feedback.
