Hi everyone, today we make refreshing
fresh and automatic summer soup. It’s going to have watermelon, tomatoes and nectarines. It is going to be easy and mouth-watering let’s get start it. First let’s boil the
water to help to peel the tomato easily These are plum tomatoes and I’m going to
cut on the back to help to peel easily like this. It has 500 gram, add
tomatoes and boil for 1 minutes, after 1 minute boiling let’s take it out and drain
it, straight a way put the cold water and then we can peel it easily and stops cooking as well. So easy let’s take the seeds out, take this part
out. Now let’s chop randomly. You need a big bowl to
add all the ingredients together because I’m going to blend on this let’s put the
tomatoes, two nectarine I’m just going to take the seeds out you know that skin
has a lot of vitamins. You need a sweet and ripe nectarines just chop randomly and add to the tomatoes Now watermelon I’m going to use half of
it, let’s peel it. Easier to peel like this. Let’s chop it randomly it has a 1.5 kilo, let’s add to the peach and tomatoes. Let’s add the basil
it’s like this amount, it gives very nice aroma and re freshness. 2 tablespoon of
extra-virgin olive oil. looks amazing and so aromatic, little

little French garlic to give crunchiness just the white part of the French
garlic if you want to serve straight a way you can add some ice cubes and blend
it together or put it in the fridge two hours before you serve.

look at this consistency. I’m going to garnish with little bit French garlic,
it gives crunchiness to the soup and basil and toast. So time to taste hmm so refreshing hmm. It’s very very healthy and very light
