Fruit & Muesli Yogurt Parfait | Dani Stevens

Hi Foodtubers, I’m Dani Stevens, I’m a mum of four I live in Australia welcome to my
backyard, I’m a doer I’m a motivator and I’m here to
share some healthy recipes with you my passion is fitness and food and I try and keep our meals as healthy and as natural as possible. I’m going to
whip up a family favourite of ours and they are our fruit and muesli yogurt parfaits and you will have these in your fridge so you don’t have to cook you don’t have to do anything but layer these gorgeous ingredients in a jar I have got natural greek yogurt
but I tend to put a bit of cinnamon through it and some vanilla but use whatever
choices of yogurt you love we’ve also got some raspberries some blackberries and some blueberries we’ve
also got some granola or some muesli mix so just to bring a bit of sunshine into out berry parfaits I’ve got a nectarine which
I’ll just pre slice so it’s all ready for us to just layer in our jars So just slice these up in bite sizes and then also grab yourself a mango you can also just use frozen fruit
as well so what I like to do is make these
little square patterns on my mango and make the magic happen and then you just pretty much slice these off the mango skin and then they’ll be ready to layer on our parfaits. Okay so now this
is the most trickiest part of this recipe not, so all you have to do is get your
favorite jar and I’ve got one of these funky masonary ones, with the handle because the kids love to eat and hold it so we start off with
layering this gorgeous yogurt luscious natural greek yogurt I sometimes put chia seeds in
it as well and it turned into a beautiful pudding So you layer this up then you grab some of the muesli scatter those babies over
the yogurt, then we add a bit of colour put some raspberries put some blackberries and some
blueberries we add some mangos and some nectarines, have a look at the gorgeous colours these babies and how hard it it? It’s like
seriously it’s not even that hard so even our three-year-old daughter does this and they are super delicious, lovely
breakfast lovely dessert, and you have so much fun just layering. We do the next layer with
the muesli some blackberries some more gorgeous raspberries and as i mentioned earlier you can use frozen fruit they work as well as fresh and top it off with a bit more mango and nectarines and then the finale is the beautiful yogurt so gorgeous really really simple it’s
such a hit in our family and you can enjoy this for brekkie for an afternoon snack or for dessert so
I hope you enjoyed my super quick healthy yogurt and fruit parfaits for
