Exercise Regularly! Bumbley: zzzzzzz!!! Coley: Bumbley, you are still sleeping? It’s almost noon! Come on, get up and get those muscles working! Bumbley: Oh Coley! It is Sunday today. Do let me sleep. My muscles are just fine and they want to
relax. Coley: Yes, muscles need relaxation but you
did have a good night’s sleep. They also need to exercise to remain active. Bumbley: I don’t want to go to the gym or
do any yoga. Coley: Regular exercise doesn’t mean you
always go to the gym, but any physical activity, like playing on the monkey bar. That way your muscles will strengthen. Bumbley: But I do physical work all week and
get only one day to relax. Coley: You need to be physically active as
only that will give you better sleep. Can you think of a physical activity that
you love doing? Bumbley: I sure love dancing on the tune of
