Hi everbody, Curt Minter here from
Elite Sports Club-North Shore and River Glen with Matt, also from Elite-North Shore and River Glen. Today we’re going to be doing the Split Squat. For the Split Squat, what you’re going to
want to be doing is set up your feet in an alternated stance front foot 90-degree angle back up on your back toe. You’re gonna slowly lower down until that
knee touches the mat come back up to the top. Now, to make this exercise easier or more challenging, you can go ahead and start with a foam roller. Use this for a little bit of assistance in balance. Press up to the top, lower down. And then to make this more difficult, you can go ahead and grab a dumbbell, hold that in the goblet position press through to the top, drive through those quads, and control down using those hamstrings
and glutes to finish out the exercise. Thank you for watching!
