fine grained sugar and to keep it moist and gooey
we are going to add some honey, 2 tbps vanilla extract or essence. Next, we are going to whisk this all together We are going to add some oil to it,
any neutral oil will work perfectly well for the recipe That’s it! Now, we are going to add some candied fruits to it, lots of dry fruits, because it is a dry fruit cake, add some baking powder, baking soda Just mix it together Add some milk to it In goes some flour, we are going to slowly add the
flour to the mixture and mix it all well! Look at the batter, the batter is almost ready! Next, we are going to take a cake mould or tin,
which is about 2 inches in height and 6 inches broad Line the mould with the butter paper, Transfer the dry fruit cake batter to the mould This prepared batter will now go into a pre-heated oven at 160 degree celsius for about 30- 40 minutes Alright, it’s to check the cake! The cake has beautifully risen Look at that! These cracks that you can see are a
sign of a very good baked cake This is good! Let it rest for 5- 10 minutes
and then we will de-mould the cake Once the cake is at the room temperature, we can cut into bite size pieces or dust it with icing sugar We are going to ice the cake with icing sugar! Some cherries, one sprig of mint And, our ‘Dry Fruit Cake’ is ready!
