If you wish to make healthy breakfast in the morning but you don’t have enough time for it then today’s recipe is for you As today we are making a easy and healthy breakfast recipe These are all the ingredients required for todays healthy breakfast recipe Firstly add 3 spoons of gram flour in a mixing bowl Add one fine chopped onion 1/4 spoon of celery seeds 1/4 spoon or as per your taste salt 1/4 spoon black pepper powder And add 1/4 spoon of turmeric powder and mix everything well together Onion will give a little crunch and all masalas will get well mixed in gram flour Now here we have 1 cup chopped spinach which we will add into this Spinach is a healthy vegetable which is full of iron so we should include it in our diet for health benefits Gram flour and spinach leaves will get mixed together pretty well To make the perfect mixture we are adding very little water to this We have used only 1 to 2 spoons of water Adding water more than this will make this mixture too thin and it’ll be a problem to cook it So now this mixture is ready to cook To begin cooking this add just one spoon of cooking oil in a pan Spread it all over in the pan Now add and spread the mixture on hot pan We will spread it to maintain thickness of a paratha You can call this spinach pancake or spinach paratha whatever you like to But to keep it healthy we are using way more quantity of spinach as we use for making a paratha And that’s why it is a perfect healthy breakfast recipe Apply few drops of oil on top and on sides of it so it won’t stick to the base while we cook We are cooking it at medium high flame We will cover and cook it for about 30 to 40 seconds so it could get a little solid texture hence it’ll be easy to flip and cook from other side too Separate it from the base Now flip and cook from other side too After cooking it for a minute on medium-high flame we will flip and cook from both side a couple of times After cooking for about 3 minutes it is well cooked and ready to serve So we will take it out on a plate You can serve it as it is, but since we are serving this to little kids so we will cut it like a pizza Mostly kids don’t like to eat healthy food and vegetables So this is a perfect recipe to make them eat healthy spinach You must try this recipe everyone finds it tasty If you liked my recipe then please press the like button below Do subscribe my channel and please share my video with your friends too.
