hey everyone and welcome back to my

and delicious if you haven’t yet make sure to hit that red subscribe button
and I’m gonna leave my whole healthy breakfast playlist down below as well so
if you want to see more of those videos head on over to that playlist and let’s
get in to some delicious healthy breakfasts so the first thing we’re
making is this sweet potato bowl perfect if you have leftovers for Thanksgiving
so I’m starting off by rolling out a pomegranate just to loosen up the seeds
and then the trick is to get pomegranate seeds out is to slam the back with a
wooden spoon pomegranate seeds are great because not only they help to fight
infection but they help your brain and your memory next of course we need sweet
potato so I just have a sweet potato that I’m meal prepped it’s soft you can
do it in the microwave or the oven we’re gonna be blending that and sweet
potatoes great cuz it’s a complex carb so it’s not gonna spike your blood sugar
as much as a white potato plus it’s loaded with beta-carotene I’m adding in
some cashew milk but any kind of nut milk will work all of mint cashew or
even hemp I’m adding a spoonful of almond butter almond butter is rich in
vitamin E and it’s got healthy fats that are gonna help blunt the spike of the
blood sugar of the carbs in the potato along with the flaxseed which adds fiber
as well some cinnamon for flavor and also a little bit of vanilla then all
you have to do is blend that up and you have the base of this to potato bowl and
what’s great about this is you can definitely make more than one at a time
have this in the fridge and either eat it cold or warm it up the day of and add
your desired toppings so then I’m adding on some pumpkin seeds which are a great
zinc for your immune system especially this time of year and Omega 3 is the
pomegranate seed from before as well as some green free granola just on the top
person crunch and of course a little spoonful of almond butter as well
because I love mixing that in and twirling it but you can definitely add
whatever toppings that you like but this is such a fall festival I love the use
of sweet potato it’s a little bit of sweetness from the cinema
and the vanilla and it’s delicious with whatever toppings you want to put on
next up is egg in a hole or rather egg in a bagel hole so I love these bake
offense from Odo’s or the ones I use they’re gluten free they’re only 100
calories per bagel thin not that I count calories but it’s also a good you’re not
getting too many carbs so I put down some garlic ghee which is so delicious
and it’s lactose free because they removed the lactose you crack an egg in
the center of each and then I’m pairing it with some turkey bacon and it is
delicious I can’t believe I haven’t thought about putting an egg and a big
hole before next up we’re making these chocolate muffins which are so moist and
delicious I’m starting off with almond butter and now the trick is when you’re
measuring out is to spray it with a little bit of avocado or coconut oil so
it slides right out of your measuring cup next up I’m adding in three eggs
eggs are rich in choline they’ve got a full amino acid a complete protein
profile which is so great and then I’m adding in some butternut squash so you
can definitely make your own butternut squash and roast it but I just bought
this pure 100% butternut squash and a can from Whole Foods super easy if you
don’t want to use butternut squash you can also use pumpkin the butternut
squash is great because it’s high in vitamin b6 so it’s gonna give you energy
it’s also low with antioxidants and fiber we’re using a little bit of maple
syrup here so I’m using a scant 1/4 cup which means basically just a little less
than a quarter cup in there and then a little bit of vanilla for a flavor and
then you just have to whisk that all up until it’s nice and smooth it’s really
good to do all the wet ingredients first so that it’s smooth and then the rest
stuff is not going to clump inside of it so just whisk that until it is smooth
and then we’re going to be adding in the cocoa now you can use cocoa or cacao
here because we are cooking it so it doesn’t really matter I just have cacao
on hand and then a little bit of cinnamon for some flavor and then
whisking that until that is smooth next we’re gonna add in the love and
ingredients which is apple cider vinegar so a teaspoon of that as well as half a
teaspoon of baking soda this just helps them kind of rise and bake properly and
I say this to the end because you don’t want to over mix the batter
once you’ve added this and so I mix everything and then add this just until
it’s folded in I separated it into six different muffins now I like my muffins
big because I don’t want them to be a proper serving you can do smaller
muffins you can even do a mini muff with this as well you would have to vary
the baking time so I’m using a quarter cup scoop here and just scooping them
until they’re even and placing a few dairy free chocolate chips just for fun
on the top and then once you bake them off they’re so moist and delicious the
perfect breakfast or even snack so yeah I mean with a cup of coffee I’m obsessed
with this just like mother baiz speed it’s so good next up we’re making a
yogurt Bowl which is another one of my favorite things guys I’ve just been
killing it with a breakfast recipes I’m obsessed so I’m starting off with some
frozen berries which is a great hack to use I just microwave some frozen berries
and then I’m adding in a little bit of chia seeds and it basically helps it to
thicken up and this is a great alternative to like a fruit bottom
yogurt because it’s a bit more saturated than like a fresh fruit and you have
that lots of flavor and lots of sweetness then I’m using some coconut
yogurt and putting that in the bowl you can use whatever kind of three the
coconut yogurt you have and then that on the side and once you swirl the yogurt
in with the raspberries it tastes so delicious
like almost like a pie filling and you can do this with blueberries
strawberries blackberries even peaches or something like that
and I just like to swirl it in of course adding in a spoonful of almond butter
but I love the raspberries they’re really low in sugar as well plus they’re
high anthro sign-ins which is good for your heart I’m putting on a little bit
of granola grain-free prayer elizabeth is where that if you know you know but
this is honestly such a delicious bowl you could bring this to school or work
even and it feels so decadent but it’s just so good for you and it’s gonna keep
you full for a long time okay guys I hope you enjoyed this video let me know
