Half a cup of raisins half cup of cashew nuts half a cup of ground nuts two table spoon pistachio nuts First of all we will chop all the dry fruits to make them ready. We will cut one peice of cashew nut into 3 to 4 bits /parts Now we have the cashew nuts, ground nuts and pistachio nuts all finely chopped and we have cleaned and rinsed the raisins. Now, we will roast the dry fruits. To roast the dryfruits we will put them in the microwave oven for 1 minute. Its been 1 minute and we will take out the dry fruit tray. Dry fruits should be roasted very lightly just to moisture it. Now the dry fruits are ready. And now we will melt the chocolate. To melt the chocolate we will chop the white compound like this We can chop the chocolate into as small peices as we can because if the peices are small , the chocolate melts easily. Put the white compound in a bowl. In the same way we will chop the dark compound. Dark compound is now chopped .We will put it in a bowl. The chocolate is all ready and now we will melt it We can do it in two ways either on the double burner stove or in the microwave oven. We have melted the chocolate in the double boiler to melt it into moulded chocolate. You can check our website for further details to boil in the double boiler. Now we will melt the chocolate in the microwave oven. We have kept our chocolates in the microwave safe bowl. First of all we will melt the dark compound the microwave oven for 1 minute. Chocolates should never be microwaved for a long time because chocolates are very sensitive towards heat. We are going to microwave our chocolate for 1 minute because our chocolate quantity is bit more than usual but if the quantity is less we can microwave for 30 seconds. If the chocolate is melted even for little more time the chocolate burns instead of melting. So, we will melt the chocolate just for a little time. 1 minute is over, take out the bowl. Now the chocolate has started to melt in just 1 minute time. Stir it up properly if not melted properly put it in the microwave for 10 seconds more. The weather also effects the melting of chocolate if its winters melt your chocolate for 1 to 2 minutes but in summers chocolates melts properly in only 1 minutes. Now, the chocolate is very smooth and there’s no need of microwaving it again. The dark chocolate is microwaved so now we will microwave the white chocolate for 40 seconds. Stir the chocolate and let it cool. It can’t be used when too hot. Chocolate can be sensitive towards heat and water too. If your spoon or bowl is not dry while your’e using to mix the chocolate then it might not be good in taste or can be spoiled. Now the white chocolate has melted properly, you can see how smooth it is. Both the chocolate is ready to make chocolate bark. Take a tray for the chocolate bark and place a same sized sheet of butter paper upon it. Pour some thin lines of dark chocolate on the butter paper. We scrape it very unevenly and a very thin layer is spreaded . Leave it for 2 minutes for it to set properly. Pour thick layers of white chocolate upon the chocolate spread. Spread it across the tray with the scraper make a thin & equal layer. Then put another thick layer of dark chocolate on the tray Spread the chocolate and make it even on each side. Now, put some dry fruit upon the chocolate layers. Put cashew nuts, ground nuts and pistachio nusts.
