Day 71 of 100 Days Belly Fat to Belly Fit – Dr. Mani Pavitra || Million Moms


Hello moms… today is day 71 oh my god
just 30 days to go I am so excited I cant tell you I’m really really happy that
we’re coming to the end of the challenge it’s not a joke every single day not only working out and posting that is not that easy… before i used to complete my workout by 4am… But thanks to these videos every day or a major chunk of my time i am spending on this… Though I am travelling… and whatever I had to keep doing it
it was really difficult for me….but I’m loving it because I got to know my strength and the new aspect so that’s
a wonderful aspect….so what are the areas in your life where currently to which areas the awareness has approached… because of these videos…. so like I said all these days we are working about awareness as a problem identification… most of the problems in women I feel the root cause is lack of proper nutrition… we think they are mental and emotional reasons…. but after working with so many mothers what I have noticed is we ever takes the right nutrition and workouts regularly then thier most of their a mental and emotional
issues or challenges that they’re facing in their life disappear….this is very funnily interlinked sometimes… It starts with mental problem and leads to physical issue sometimes
when you correct the physical issue all these challenges can go away …so in these
are all beautifully interlinked along with our body we get the capacity to control our mind and emotions…. they when we are doing a challenge like
this… Though problems are emotional origin, emotional into mind origin,
mind origin each other there are chances that would effect the physical body….s in the
same way.. cure for this is… instead of just looking that and worrying how others are doing we will never find a solution… the easiest way to work
is okay let’s work on the body let’s take good nutrition let’s
understand what the problem is let the awareness fall into that area
and okay don’t you think that’s a very very
simple process so.. you need not suffer silently for anything…. the most important thing is to act… when you know there is a problem and something is gonna happen because of that and if we can take action for it…. here we are acting on a physical body we’re focusing on the things that we can
change what are the things that we can change we are working on it…. the things that we cannot change we didnt reach out there…. I’m going to talk about it in my next videos next twenty thirty video so we’re going to talk
extensively about what are the things that you cannot change and what do you
do with things which you cannot change but what are the things that we can
easily change is in our control…. we have the capacity to change our body… we have the capacity to control our emotions the capacity to control our mind is in our hands only… this is a
beautiful realization I’m sure you must have had it by now
today is day 71 so today understand just look back at the last 71 days last
seventy days in your life and understand on how many things you worked and could change just observed you will feel
wonderful because if we take correct nutrition if we can take care of hormonal changes … for this harmonal changes if we can take a right nutrition right
exercise combination will work amazingly well… most of the time we work on a small weight loss concept and the chances of getting depressed easily…. but if we can do this holistically… where we are addressing through body
mind and emotions and the process we control entire life just observe how your journey has been in the past seventy
days you will feel wonderful with the kind of changes that have happened… if you have worked just for physical body changes or for a proper shape…. or weight loss or inch loss…. you will get that but only that…. holistically there wont be any change or development but let me know the changes…
every single change is worth it so do keep us posted you may have witnesses I think my most
favorite part of it finance is something I’m trying to learn
we have a few guys just event happening here twice a month started moving in
