Cracking the Code: Healthy Eating Made Easy


You have no idea how much food affects
everything that’s part of your body, the heart of your day you know. And that is
the greatest part for me for coaching is that once that person clicks and they
see the difference because you don’t realize how bad you’re feeling until you
start to feel good. It’s really being educated and learning to read the
ingredients and one of those ingredients mean. If you can’t understand it like
you shouldn’t be eating it. It’s going to really be a problem for your body to
metabolize that and to digest it. So it’s really, I think, about educating people so
that they understand what they’re eating. We will be giving out handouts that will
have you know the different types of sweet alternatives also a healthier
snack list for them and their families. They’ll have light refreshments so
they’ll know once they’re done with the workshop what they should be going into
the store and buying for them and their families.
