As we age and due to various other factors like pregnancy, weight loss and gravity, the appearance and elasticity of our breasts gets affected. Even though surgery is tempting, we urge you not to give up on exercise. Exercise will not turn your A cup into a B cup but it does develop the muscles underneath your breasts and that enhances the appearance of your breasts and make them look perkier. So common let’s get started. Join you hands in front of your chest like
you are saying a prayer. Now move it as if you are pointing to the
person in front of you. Stretch your hands out and bring it back
Continue doing this. Do 3 sets with 15 reps each. Stand with your legs hip width apart.
Keep your abs firm and your spine should be nice and straight. Place your hands in front of your chest and press towards each other as hard as you can for 10 seconds. You should feel the squeeze in your chest. Now change hands and repeat the exercise . Do 10 sets. Stand with your hands at a wall at chest height. Slowly bend your arms outward and move ahead to touch the wall, then go behind again slowly. Continue doing this exercise. Do 3 sets of 15 reps each. Fold your hands in front of your chest. Now with your arms bent and your arms folded lift your hand as high as you can and bring it back to chest level. Continue doing this exercise. Do 3 sets of 15 reps each.
