the benefits of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables provide our body
with complex carbohydrate, which help to regulate the release of
certain chemicals in the brain. This hormone which we called “Happy Hormone” It regulates our mood, appetite, sleep
and general well-being. When they get out of balance, they contribute to depression, anxiety and many other mood disorders. The more balance these hormones are,
the happier you feel. If you feel depressed or sad, try to eat more
