If your fruits and vegetables cost more than the dollar amount indicated in your benefits, you can pay the extra amount with your own money or your EBT card. You also can put an item back. If you spend less than the dollar value, you will not get any cash back. You can use your fruits and vegetables benefits at authorized farmer’s markets that display the WIC logo. Ask your WIC staff for the nearby farmer’s markets authorized to accept your fruits and vegetables benefits.
