red bell peppers red sweet mini peppers I got some avocado some kale some
carrots and some tomatoes let’s do it um we got some distilled water from Kroger
I forgot how much it is again and I seen something like that so you guys this is
my first meal of the day and even though I was tempted to fix something else to
eat I want to stay consistent we’re doing the healthy mukbang is my
first meal regardless of what time I wake up and maybe that will encourage
you guys that are like me that uh that work the nighttime shift and you sleep
doing today maybe having these helping mukbang sometimes in the evening because
this is your morning just waking up with you’re just getting up this is your
morning some maybe sometimes me having these mukbangs with you at this time will help you to eat a healthy meal
alongside me and even you people who this is not good morning and you just want to eat a healthy meal then you can be encouraged to eat a

and vegetables especially when you’re trying to be healthy without putting
salt pepper or anything on them and you end up getting a love and appreciation for food I need to go get me some bananas I want
to encourage you guys to take small baby steps to eating healthy you don’t have
to do everything close checking and eating healthier don’t mean that you
have to eliminate all other foods out of your life it just means that you can
start with a meal replacement at least make one of your meals a day a healthy
meal that’s the start I want to destroy the other thing the store that sells the
boudin balls they’re also the only store instead of grits in the package like I
like and they sell the fat man cookies just our class cookies that they used to
sell in old days they say all the peanut brittle they
remind me on my grandmother so I bought the fat man cookies the peanut brittle and so I’m gonna do a mushroom a snack a
dessert McBaine but I also want to show you guys it’s about balance it’s just
not about okay I’m never gonna eat sweets again I’m never gonna eat junk
food again every nine day and I eat sweets I’m not a big sweet fan I don’t have big sweet tooth but every
now and then I do so when I do I do when I do I eat now if you’re not like me and
you have sweet cravings every day then you might want to try to put other
fruits and vegetables in your diet then I’m gonna give you the supplement
for sweets like bananas strawberries pineapples healthy foods watermelon make
you like a frozen custard they’re sort of like ice cream but fruits drinking my
distilled water yeah sorry I’m just eating I’m not
really talking right now I did a prayer earlier which nodded we can go live

with the way you eating you could lose a lot of weight just by

gonna make my first meal of the day no matter what time of day it is I’m gonna
make my first meal of the day a healthy meal and just because that’s gonna take
a less effort then trying to change your whole diet all at one time take baby
steps one meal of the day and I suggest you let it be your first meal of the day
no matter what time you get up no matter what time you eat your first meal of the
day let it be a healthy meal just start there once you see changing one meal a
day to a healthy meal that’s gonna encourage you to spread it out and then because you change your first meal
updates or helping them especially if you’re only eating one meal a day and
you’re stuffing all the unhealthy food into one meal a day by making your first
meal of the day a healthy meal it’s gonna make you eat more than one meal a
day because you gonna be hungry again by just doing the
raw fruits and vegetables and I suggest you make the first meal of the day
raw fruits and vegetables you gotta get hunger again throughout the day and that
way at least you’re getting your body on a routine of eating at least two meals a day
and then replace like if you have a sweet tooth or whatever then replace the
snack between breakfast and lunch between Griffin and dinner replace it
with a healthy snack and keep in mind that moderation is key and if you start

fairs there are some food fairs that just give out strictly fruits and
vegetables so you have to call and find out and
they have them all around the city especially here in the city of Houston
they have some kind of vegetable Food Fair everyday somewhere in the city of
Houston and you can go to those places as often as you need to go to to them so
especially if you’re juicing and you’re trying to eat healthier and you can’t
afford to eat healthier find out in your local area where there are food fairs
food banks they hand out fruits and vegetables because they have some places
that’s all they hand out they don’t hand out any meat any bread anything just
fruits and vegetables you know sometimes churches have them as well but if you
don’t if you’re not aware of places that are doing that you can contact two one
one or three one one and ask and find out what churches or what Civic Center’s
or what places in your area or having fruit and vegetable fairs and stuff like
that and if you have like because we have the Houston Food Bank here I don’t
know what the food bank will be called in your area but you can also call the
food bank because the food bank distributed the food to different
churches and other organizations to handout in your neighborhood so you can
contact your food bank in your area and ask them about local places in your area
that distribute the food out to the community so there are multiple ways to
get the nutrition that you need even if you’re on a fixed income positive my

some kale I’m show y’all the best way to keep your kale fresh in a refrigerator
this kale is almost two weeks Oh y’all the care that I ate today is almost two
weeks over as you see it’s still crunchy it’s still green it hasn’t wilted or
withered so let me show you guys how which I showed you but I don’t know
who’s in this video who didn’t see it before I can buy like 5 bunches of kale
at one time and depending on how often you eaten kale that can last you up to
two weeks so I can keep my kale in my refrigerator for a long time and they
will not wilt and it won’t go bad and the way that I do it you know what stay
fresh when you buy your kale put it in a bag and try to put the head in first try
to put this part right you see how fresh this kale look y’all and I’ve been
having it for almost two weeks and it’s not good or anything is still crunchy
and everything when you buy your kale stick it in your bag like this first
pick this port stick this port head in first like that and then take your bag and close it up and if you
want to you can put another bag over this over the other ear but take it and
close it up like this and then once you get it home after you put your groceries
up take the bag from the plastic bag from the grocery store put it in like
this lay it flat down tie it up like this and put it in your fridge rater
like this this is going to keep your your kale from wilting it’s gonna keep
your kale fresh and moist and crunchy and you can buy as much kill as you want
that you know you’re eating for the week and do it like this and you won’t have
to keep running back to the store and your pail won’t get withered and it’s
gonna stay fresh and crunchy and pretty and green it’s not gonna turn brown or
anything so that’s how I keep my kale like when I do my seven-day kale salad
challenge this is how I keep my kale fresh this was what you guys have been
seeing me eat on all this week or since I bought the kale it was just two
bunches of kale just two bunches of kale so it demands to me I finally see that
one more or two more days of kale in this bag anybody else have any questions for me

eating more fruits and vegetables and kale and foods like that is that it
cleans cleanses out your digestive tracts and your digestive system and
it’s getting rid of more impurities out of your body which is gonna make your
stomach smaller because the more food that you’re expelling out of your body
the smaller your stomach and your good it’s gonna be and the smaller your gut
and the less food that your good is housing the more healthier you’re gonna
be a lot of people begin to get sick because they have so much food in their
intestines that their body is holding onto in housing and it’s not being
pushed out of their body and so that it begins to weigh them down but when you
start eating more healthy and eating more foods and vegetables that are gonna
pass through your body and not stay up in there and congest your body and clog
your system up and stuff you’re gonna feel much much much better because
you’re releasing your body is pulling the nutrition that your body needs from
the food that you need and it’s letting the other stuff that your body don’t
need pass through you which is going to the less stuff that you’re holding in
the inside that you don’t need it’s gonna make you feel so much better and
like I say you’re good gonna get smaller and just by let’s just try the one meal
a day the one Hilke meal a day one step at a time one healthy meal a day and
that’s gonna be able to show you that it’s so much beneficial for you to eat
healthy and it’s gonna encourage you to start doing a little bit more and a
little bit more in a little bit more Spencer to save you

each and every day to endure the dialysis that she’s going through father
God we also ask you Lord Jesus to give her the strength and the wisdom
that she needs to eat more healthier foods father God that will help her get
back to the help that you want her to have Lord Jesus and we ask you precious
Heavenly Father to give every single person here wisdom and to the things
that they’re putting into their mouths dear Lord show them that we are what we
eat and when we eat food that gives life and brings life we will have a better
and healthier life dear Lord we ask you to take away the taste for junk food
take away the taste from unhealthy food father God and we ask you precious
heavenly father to let them be an example to their children and their
family members to start cooking and eating more healthier foods and we
praise you and give you all the glory for everything that we have learned and
