hi friends lets make a jack fruit jam we make different types of jams to our children we should cook the jackfruit well before making the jam if we don’t cook the jackfruit ,then it will get stale a lot faster if we cook the jackfruit then it will be good for much longer i am not using any preservatives after making the jam we should store it in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator if we are adding any preservatives then it won’t be necessary i am saying all this to avoid any complaints regarding the preservation of the jam if we want then we can add some citric acid to the jam i am not adding any of those let’s see how to make the jackfruit jam lets see the ingredients if the jackfruit has a good color then it will make the jam more colorful first lets cook the jackfruit i am cooking this on a high flame if the jackfruit is ripe then it will be easy to cook let the jackfruit cook well our jackfruit is cooked well the jackfruit is cooled down, lets blend it into a paste we can also add sugar and cook it now by doing so the small lumps won’t be completely broken down so blending it will make the process much easier we can add the sugar after blending it our pan is hot now , lets add some ghee to the pan add the jackfruit paste to the pan we can add sugar after mixing it well after the jackfruit and ghee mixes well we can add the sugar i am adding the sugar now mix it well on a high flame the jam will be ready soon as we cooked it earlier i am not adding any preservatives or citric acid to the jam now decrease the flame if we didn’t decrease the flame, then the jam will get set soon we can decrease the flame after the sugar is melted after a few minutes of cooking our jackfruit jam will be ready if we cook the jackfruit with more water then it will take some time to get ready if we doesn’t blend the jackfruit then also it will take some time it will also change the consistency of the jam we can add sugar according to our taste the jam will be ready when the mix starts to get thick and chunky This is the consistency of the jam Turn off the flame Our jam is ready now Let’s see with next dish,next day,Bye.
